B&M sucks azz!

This company is out of control!! I have NEVER seen a group of inept, oblivious, unconcerned individuals as those that ""work"" for B&M. It`s been a month since a friend of mine that I referred to their glass company made his initial contact with them. They answer the phone shouting and screaming to others in the background prior to saying, ""Hello"". The old man that eventually came out to my friend`s home to measure... view more the window, answered the call saying, ""Girl, come take this call. I can`t hear on this phone!"" As if he was being ""bugged"" by this caller.

The old man comes out, takes the measurement last week after 3 weeks of missed appointments. He leaves a VM for my friend stating that he will work up an estimate. That was last week and 3 calls have yielded this response: ""Ahhh, I think we misplaced your order? I don`t have a record of the measurements. Let me call you back."" Needless to say, my friend is off to conduct business with a reputable company and the idiot at B&M never even called back!!

B&M should be ashamed of their unprofessionalism and lack of motivation. In this awful economy, one would think that any business worth it`s tax I.D. would give exceptional services/products. I truly hope B&M go out of business or pay through the teeth to revamp their current set-up in order to regain the trust of the consumers that ATTEMPT to do business with them.

Incomplete & Poor workmanship

Company was hired to replace glass in sliding door. Repairman damaged 2 of 4 pieces of trim, also failed to install 4th piece which was left laying in the middle of the yard. He left early because he was ill (understandable) but company keeps promising to finish job correctly...then doesnt show up. It is going on 3 months now and glass is still not installed properly, trim is still damaged, and I am tired of calling ... view more2 or more times a week only to be lied to.
