I brought my vehicle in for service and found their dealership and professional to be top notch! I was welcomed to the dealership by a young lady who was a breath of fresh air. She immediately introduced me to the Service Manager and I felt like I was receiving the red carpet treatment. Definitely the best service I have received at a car dealership and that says A LOT!

I didn`t make it easy on these guys! I was a tough customer. A lot of demands with very high expectations. The sales person handled all of my objections and demands extremely well and didn`t crack under the pressure. Several dealers were unable to meet the same demands. My husband and I have purchased many vehicles. Nine times out of ten, something goes wrong and puts a bad taste in our mouths. This dealership is extremely professional and actually cares about the customer`s satisfaction. They went above and beyond to make us feel special and get us an amazing deal. I totally understand why a lot of my fellow military friends suggested this dealership as the place to purchase a vehicle. They not only gave me a great deal but offered me a fair price, treated me with tons of respect and thanked me for my service to our country before even showing me a vehicle. I blew a tire on the highway approximately 6-7 miles away from this store. When I called my roadside service they suggested that I call Larry H. Miller Toyota of Colorado Springs. What? I tried it out and they had my vehicle towed in, not only repaired my tire but gave me a deal of 3 tires and then one for $1. All my tires needed replacement anyway. I really like these guys!

I had my Tacoma serviced here and they were awesome! They were very friendly, professional and pretty quick. My wait wasn`t long but they still offered a shuttle or rental car. I decided to wait and was surprised with their efficiency. A+ dealer.
