Hi. We brought in our RV a few weeks ago. They were "looking at it" for about two weeks. Little did I know how literal they met that statement, because it seemed like they just parked it, and stared at it without touching it. After talking with the gentlemen a few times (all times contradicting what he said in the previous conversations) they claimed the RV COULDN`T be fixed and that it wasn`t worth the mon... view moreey to spend on. They quoted us with a ridiculous and absurd price. We decided to go somewhere else, with a much more reasonable price. After this new and much more professional place took a look at it and even spent extra man hours they noticed the thermometer was not working...however Baldwin`s claimed they had fixed the thermometer...
So, ladies and gentlemen, if you would like your RV parked here at Baldwin`s looking pretty, by all means, bring it here. It`s like expensive parking :)
However, if you would like your RV fixed by professionals and dedicated people, look away and carry your business elsewhere.
If it wasn`t for them, we would be on the road by now. However, we are now two weeks late to our destination.

dont even think about having your RV worked on here
took my RV to have the breaks looked at two weeks later I got the 641.62 bill was told my rear drum breaks are ""way out of adjustment"" ok paid it, went on my way, put it away for the winter.......spring time .... oh no my breaks.....again....... took it to Stan`s alignment & breaks. turns out the front disc pads are shot and the rotors need to be turned ( good thing I got there when I did, new rotors are 175.00 ea... view morech and they just started to grind) I thought I just paid Baldwin`s to do this ?? hummmmmmm........ also I find out I dont have rear drum breaks I have 4 wheel disc.... funny Baldwins told me I have drum breaks, low and behold the service tech Say`s come on back , look for your self..... yep there disc alright, so I call Baldwins and I`m already getting the run around.... I dont expect a call, but I write this to try and warn others DO NOT TAKE YOUR RV TO BALDWINS !!!!!! you`ll BE RIPPED OFF !!!!!!

Worst Liars Ever!
I brought my motorhome into Baldwin a few months ago to replace the water heater. They also convinced me to pay a high price for an engine battery. When that battery kept failing two months later (couldn`t hold a charge) we brought it back to Baldwin to replace it (exchange it). We also asked them to check an electrical socket in the back of the coach and let us know what was wrong with it. I called them three ti... view moremes to find out what was going on. All three times the manager said he would find out and call me back (""don`t know, have to check""). He never did. A month later he called me to say that the repairs had been done and the RV was ready for pick up. I asked him ""What repairs?"". He claimed that the main circuit board was replaced and the bill was $442, money I didn`t have at the time. I never authorized any repairs except the exchange of a bad battery. He claimed that the battery wasn`t bad, odd since Good Sam ERS and Camping World both showed us that the battery wasn`t holding a charge. The manager claims that my traveling friend authorized all repairs. NOT TRUE! My friend told him to call me first!!! I called THREE TIMES!!! NO ONE TOLD ME WHAT WAS GOING ON!!! I am now out $442 that I don`t have. I could have put it in storage and got repairs done when I got IRS refund, but the manager did UNAUTHORIZED repairs and left me no choice. NEVER TALKED TO ME!!! Won`t even admit he sold us a bad battery!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!! He`s now got my $442, so I can`t even afford a lawyer!! And the engine battery is still bad....
DON`T SUPPORT BALDWIN AUTOMOTIVE IN AURORA, CO! THEY ARE RIPOFFS!!! AND LIARS!!
