Wheel Fell Off!

Accurate had been the only place servicing my daughter`s older Jeep Cherokee for the past 2 years. Yesterday, after just existing the highway, the front left wheel suddenly fell completely off while making a turn to get gas. The front bumper and the entire left front wheel area are messed up, in addition to the fallen tire being slashed. Three different mechanics stopped, separately, while I was waiting for the to... view morew truck, examined the situation and said it was clear that the lug nuts were over or under torqued -- most likely resulting from misuse of an airgun. When the car was towed to Accurate and we asked questions about their tire rotation procedures, the front desk person (the owner? manager?) quickly became combative and defensive. No empathy for our experience whatsoever. When we had a future buyer show up to tow the vehicle off Accurate`s lot, that same employee swore at them and gave them a certain hand gesture, in front of their own clients. Not at all what you would expect after taking 3 of our family vehicles to Accurate for years.

Wheel Fell Off

Minutes after exiting the highway, the left front wheel on my teenage daughter`s car fell off. We had been servicing the car only at Accurate for the past two years that we had owned the vehicle. Once the wheel-less car was towed to Accurate (also with the tire slashed, bumper, hub and axel problems caused by the wheel coming off), the staff were not only NOT concerned about our safety, they were rude when answerin... view moreg questions about work they had done and they cursed the nice mechanic we sent over to get the car the next day, who was buying it to restore it for his mother. They proceeded to give that mechanic a certain hand gesture in their own waiting room in front of other clients of theirs. Nice way to show their true colors. And nice way to thank us for being regular customers, having serviced three vehicles of ours there for years.

Worked hard to gain my confidence..

...and their continued professionalism allows me to recommend them without hesitation. Honored warranty on part and confirmed my warranty coverage by tracking my repair activity by computer. Their work is completed as promised, the prices are fair and equal or less than prevailing shops` going prices-the difference is attitude and professionalism, so often lacking in the Auto Repair industry.
