Looks like they have plenty of business
I called since i have a lip bent on my rim (co springs does not have the best roads!) I was on the phone for less then 20sec. Seemed like they where in a hurry to say anything, and when closing the call not even a good bey. In my humble opinion this tells me a lot about people and because of it, they lost my business!
