I took my vehicle to A-1 Automatics to have the transmission replaced. $1800.00 later and the transmission is working perfectly. Less than 2500 miles after having the transmission replaced second gear starts making a weird noise. So we took it back to them and they told us that it`s the slave cylinder. So we had them replace the slave cylinder which cost another $500.00. On the way home from the shop that day th... view moree vehicle is still making the same noise so we took it back again. This time they told us that the noise is coming from the transfer case. So instead of giving them more money to fix something that is "broken" we are taking our business elsewhere. Since intially taking the vehicle to A-1 automatics I have heard of several other instances of them fixing something that is "broken" just to find out that it was really something else that needed repair. Will never do business there again.
