Reviews:

Do yourself a favor and skip these guys - One star is one too many
Go Nissan Southwest/Littleton does not deserve your business and here is one example of why. Our initial sales experience was pretty good thanks to salesman George Nohra. However, once George sold us on the Rogue and passed us off to management and finance, things went down hill fast. To be fair, we were pretty happy when we drove off the lot with our new Rogue. Later that evening we realized that Jeff Baker in... view more finance had pulled a fast one on us and changed our terms. This was our fault for not catching him in the act. We went into the finance office knowing that we had agreed to 2.9% for 72 months and Jeff Baker told us 2.9% - 72 months as he was typing up the paperwork, yet he put 5.9% - 84 months on the paperwork....and we signed it. Obviously STUPID on our part and I must admit, a pretty good money makiing scheme on Go Nissans part. (after all, unethical financing equals profit for Go Nissan) After several days, they offered us our original terms to fix this but we ended up settling for 3.9% for 75 months wtih the addition of a service contract. We purchased a Thule 550 roof rack that sales manager Laura Casselli promised to us within a week. Long story short, it took them a month to reimburse us for the the rack we never got. One month after we signed the ammended paperwork, the vehicles we traded were still not paid off and we were getting past due notices from our bank. Jeff Baker lied to us again telling us our bank had changed their address and he would try to send in payment again. After looking into it further, he found that there was an issue with our titles, even though he had assured us there would be no issues, and payment had never been sent. Messages for the manager, Steve Kern, went unreturned and to this day, we still have not heard from him. (it`s been more than 3 months) The people we dealt with at this dealership (with one exception, George Nohra) wanted nothing to do with us once we drove off their lot. I would catagorize them as theiving, rude, disrespectful and lacking any type of ethics. I don`t want this review to be construed as wild ranting, so I will suggest a quick fix. Go Nissan Corporate needs to raise their hiring standards and watch over their dealerships more carefully. We are happy with our 2010 Nissan Rogue, but after this experience, we will never GO Nissan again.

Good Telemarketers but bad dealers!
I`ve been looking for cars online using the GO website and found a few I liked with Nissan Arapahoe (South Littleton) so I had several phone conversations with Spencer and Samantha (mgr) they suggested I come test drive these cars at their GO Supersale at Invesco field. I made sure to ask if I would be able to drive on the open road, no problem I was told. So I make the journey to Invesco, making my husband do the sa... view moreme from across town only to find this was such a scam. I got handed off to a salesperson who had no idea of my wants therefore making all my phone calls irrelevant. So I explain that I want to test drive a 3.5 Maxima and Altima. He tried to put me in a couple 2.5 engines, wasting his own time. Finally once in the driver seat he informs me that we can only circle the small gated off portion of the parking lot while tons of people are in the way so I could only drive around 15 miles an hour. Not a very effective test drive! Then I was also told I would get a $10 gas card which did not happen. Called back Monday to notify Samantha of my disappointments and she couldn`t have cared less, while supplies lasted she said, all gone..So these dealers will call you day and night but when you`re face to face they don`t cater to your needs and if they want profit from me they`ll have to work for it.
