POOR SERVICE

I HAD MY CAR IN FOR SERVICE ON 12/18/08 AND HAD ROTTEN SERVICE.I TRAVELED LONG DISTANCE TO GET MY CAR REPAIRED, AND RIGHT AFTER THEY TOLD ME IT WAS FIXED (IT BROKEN DOWN FOR THE SAME PROBLEM AGAIN.I CALLED AND TALKED TO THE OWNER AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD NOT RECHECK THIS REPAIR.I DECIDED TO TAKE THIS TO ANOTHER REPAIR SHOP AND THE PROBLEM WAS FOUND RIGHT AWAY.THE ORIG PROBLEM WAS MISS DIAGNOSED.THIS IS WHY NO ONE SH... view moreOULD RECOMEND THIS SHOP AGAIN.

Good honest service

I take my vehicles to Southards and have for many years. They are very honest, to a fault. They are very concerned about the customer`s satisfaction when the job is done. Not only do they take care of my tires, they maintain my cars and my truck. How many places can say they have been in the same town, owned by the same family going on 55 years.
