great customer service!!!
I`d been looking for a new car for probably about 1 month or so, Didn`t even really consider going to a dealership because of all the awful things I`d heard about the mark ups and the scummy sales people. I must have gotten lucky because when I went into anderson Honda I was taken very good care of by Les Leonardo. He was honest and helped me buy a great 2002 civic. He didn`t pressure me to go outside of my price ... view morerange at all and genuinely cared about my needs and concerns. He even called me a few weeks later to check on my satisfaction with the car and see if he could do anything else! I would suggest him to anyone interested in having a (dare I say) pleasant experience buying a car.

Incredible Buying Experience
I found the vehicle on AutoTrader.com and did my research..Anderson Honda had the most available information to make a wise decision. I was in and out in less than an hour with no hassle from the dealer and I had great delivery experience...Thanks Anderson Honda for caring about me as a customer?ˆ¦

Dishonest - Do not honor THEIR own GUARANTEE
Beware! Anderson Honda states that they will beat any other dealer`s written price quote by $300. Well, my husband spent the last week negotiating with a variety of dealers on a 2010 Honda Fit. He was told verbally & in writing that Anderson would honor their guarantee. However, once he was at the dealership they started playing games, like ""Oh, the Burlingame dealer didn`t send the quote in the correct format."" Ev... view moreen after, they received the ""correct format"" they did not honor their own guarantee. Save your time & energy and go directly to Burlingame where the Honda dealership is honest!

Great place for Service
I recently had a problem with my car on a Saturday afternoon. The service department took me right in and had me going the same day. Professional and friendly.

Service Department is Horrible
I took my car there to have one thing fixed, and came back with more problems. I had to go in on 6 different days to get one thing fixed because either they didn`t have the parts, or they didn`t fix the problem, or I had more problems. They still charged the full price and did not fix the problems. When I complained, the manager said they could fix my car if I brought it in again, so I did, but they could not fix it.... view more I requested a refund and they refused. I do not wish this experience on anyone.

Pretty good pricing but frustrating service department
Bought an 07 Honda at a pretty good price recently but almost immediately after pickup, noticed a popping noise coming from the front (left and right). Brought the car in 3 times already (a TSB exists that describes the problem and fix) to get the noise fixed. First time they sent me home cause we couldn`t duplicate the sound (the tech drove agressively fast, which doesn`t seem to trigger the noise). Second time a... view more more knowledgable tech was able to duplicate the sound but the service department only fixed one side (telling us that it might fix sound on the other side.) Sound from the unfixed side persisted. Third time I brought it in, they couldn`t replicate the sound and said that they would hold onto the car for a week or more, test drive every day, but no guaranties of fixing. I realize that the problem is intermittant and hard to duplicate but I`m frustrated that they won`t help replace the part specifed in the TSB. 1) I`ve seen them 3 times already, 2) they`ve already verified and fixed one side, 3) a TSB exists that describes the problem and the fix. Going over again a 4th time to try to get my car fixed. Let`s cross our fingers!

decent salespeople
Salespeople were ok, as far as car salespeople go.
They did play a little bit of the ""games"" when it came to pricing, but what dealer doesnt?
