Have no idea what employee I interacted with since he spoke broken English and has an old school attitude towards assessing people`s buying ability by the way they look. Meaning, in my case, I look young, quiet, and am a female. I own a Honda Civic and am in the market for a new car. Did my research and wasn`t liking any other models out there other than Honda. I walked into this dealership thinking if all goes well I`m going to walk out with a new car. But after the abysmal treatment I`m going to another dealership that didn`t treat me like a little kid. They also know what CUSTOMER SERVICE is. There is a reason why this dealerships ratings is lower then the rest -- its not a bunch of made up stories. I asked for a test drive and the older gentlemen told me to go slow, wouldn`t let me drive over 40mph, and I was told not to accelerate...I didn`t ask for a test drive to take a stroll in the park. And on top of that I barely drove out of the parking lot before he asked me to drive back, it was basically a really slow U-turn on Hudson Ave.

Bill Hall at Penske was wonderful!

My experience was great from the time I walked in until I left. They had a great selection of the vehicle I wanted. Mr. Hall was very patient and thorough. He went above and beyond. Everyone was very helpful and had a smile on their face.

Great Service

I purchased my new Honda in 2005. The purchase was easy, as I went on line, found what I wanted, then talked to a salesperson. My new Honda came off the truck with the wrap still on, and I have been in love with my car since. My sales person, Bill Hall, was exceptionally helpful, courteous, and informative, and did not try to talk me into anything other than what I ordered. As for the service at Penske, I have never had a problem, never been pushed to do something unnecessary, and the service personnel are very courteous.

Awsome Service Dept

Penske has an awsome service department, and the best part is the services that they provide while you`re there. The phone connection and free shuttle service to the Mills or anywhere in 3 miles makes life worth living
