This place is horrible. I called yesterday to ask if they could do an inspection on a car I just purchased and Shane said sure it would be $75 and it takes two hours. Made an appointment for 8 am the next morning. Got there at 8 this morning and Shane wasn`t there, so the guy who checked me in said Shane will call me in about an hour with an update. At 11:30 I called to check the status and Shane was acting like I wa... view mores irritating him by checking on my car. i asked him when we it be done and said it will be done when they get to it, and hopefully it`s today. I told him that`s not acceptable and he said well that`s what it is. I told him I`ll come and get my car. I went and got it and now it shakes and make weird noises. If you have a BMW I would definitely suggest not taking it there.

RIP OFF! THEY WILL RIP YOU

I brought my Jetta in here 6months ago to get the water pump and timing belt. Every since it has had problems, lights on overheating, and when I took it in to get repaired they couldnt find anything wrong, and wanted to charge more money to run a diagnostic that they should have done in the first place. THey are a rip off! Dont repair your car here, it will fall apart!

Car craft put in a water pump and timing belt on my car 6months ago, and every since it has had problems. It over heats, and when I brought it in they couldnt find anything wrong, and wanted to charge me even more money to do a diagnostic that they should have done in the first place! Do not take your car there!
