Great cheaper alternative to the Land Rover Dealership

Amir at Sherman Oaks Exclusive is a great guy. This is a family owned and operated establishment that deals only with Land Rovers (as far as I can see). I took my car here for a break job, and they did it at 30% less than what the dealership quoted me. Still a little pricey but a great option and they are thoroughly professional.

The BEST

I have been servicing my Range Rover at Sherman Oaks Exclusive for years, and I am very happy with the service. When I was looking to upgrade to a newer model, I almost didn`t think of purchasing a vehicle there, but then remembered that they always have a good selection of clean cars and SUV`s. I am not surprised that the process of buying from them was as pleasant as my experience with the mechanics. Read this before you take your car there!

I have really bad experience here. My car overheat so I took it there because it`s near where I live. The estimate when I dropped off the car was $150 for the water pump replacement then they called and said it wasnt the pump, the radiator needed to be replaced and the charge would be $800. I agreed to go ahead with the repair. The day after I picked up the car, it died again. They took it back then called me just to... view more say that another part needed to be changed for $400 which we didnt agree to repair as they refused to be responsible for the first repair which was not necessary. However, they went ahead and repaired it and insisted on charging for the second repair in addition to the first. It`s like going to a dentist to have a tooth with caries removed but the dentist pulled the wrong tooth out, a good one then still tries to charge for the filling of the bad tooth. I also dont like this kind of practice, quoting one price to make you agree to drop off the car then raise the price later. I don`t know if the manager had problem understanding English or he intentionally misunderstood me. I guess it was the latter. I will never go back to them. They try to cheat and deceive customers to make more money and this kind of practice is disgusting.

Best Land Rover/Jaguar service facility ever!

This place is great! They have a clean facility with a kind and helpful staff. I take my Land Rover and my Jaguar there for service.
