Worse Chevrolet Sales Dealer Ever. I have purchased over 12 New Chevy cars & trucks. Never have I had such bad experience. The Sales Manager is an idiot. The GM Gus Garcia never returns any calls or responds to a single email. I asked for Gus Garcia to return a call at least 8 times. This Dealer does not give a poop about their customers all they care about is the sale. The guys in the Service Dept. are real nice but... view more the Sales Team from the GM down stinks. Take your money elsewhere, there are plenty of Chevy Dealers around.

Rip Off Artists

So I was trying to be so careful about buying a used car from a dealer and not get screwed. I know you buy a used car and its not going to be perfect but when you charge 14 thousand for one it should be almost perfect. It has 30 thousand miles on it. The first time I test drove it the front end had a wobble so the sales guy had the mechanic look at it and balance the front tires. The front tire pressure was also low.... view more I went back and test drove it again. It was fine. The sales guy let me take it home and that`s when i noticed the dents in the hood. I brought it back and pointed it out. The sales guy acted surprised and said he hadn`t noticed the dents. Long story short I bought the car and the sales guy said look we will give you more money on the trade in to make up for the dented hood. I was like ok. Well after having it for a month,driving it in the rain and getting it dirty I now notice all the cover up on the front bumper cracking and exposing the nice big nics and scrapes on it. I wouldn`t have minded it too much if I had paid 10 thousand for it but for 14 its an issue. I wish these car dealers weren`t such dishonest people out to screw everyone over so they can get their stinking money. I am so sick of dealing with so many dishonest sellers out there and greedy pieces of trash. I don`t recommend this place to anyone and now I am afraid to take there for service because so many bad things have been written about their service department. Seriously Lawyers,Car Salesman and Jim Jones are all the same person. UPDATE: They gave me 1200 for my beat up 2001 Kia Sporage Convertible and are selling it for 5000. The reason I needed a new car was because the Kia` kept over heating,needed a new timing belt,water pump,most likely a raditor,stranded me on the freeway at 1am by dying in the fast lane, and most likely the engine was damaged due to timing belt not ever being changed out. So what I am saying buyer beware. I am so tired of car dealers ripping people off. I swear this is the last car I ever buy at a dealership.
