Great Customer Service!

Yesterday my low tire lite came on and I went to Ez Lube in Lake Elsinore to have the tires checked. I have had my oil changes done there since I live on that side of the lake. They have always checked my tires when necessary. Yesterday was another story! The young man working there refused to check my tires, told me I had to wait behind 2 cars getting oil changes or go to Arco and do it myself. I will never go ... view morethere again - they have lost my business. So, I drove all the way to Grease Monkey and without hesitation they put air in my tires and even put valve caps on the ones that were missing. They treated me with courtesy and respect. I told them what had happened to me at Ez Lube and from now on I would come to them for my oil changes even though it`s a farther drive. The drive is well worth the excellent customer service they provided me. Thanks so much Grease Monkey - you won me over!!

Great Customer Service

I visited this Grease Monkey location on 1/19 for an oil change and all the staff members were very friendly and helpful. They had excellent customer service.

Chuck is the greatest guy

Chuck Paramo (the Grease Monkey Wildomar owner) is one of the guys you just need to meet to like him. He is a wonderful managers who treats people fairly and customers like kings. He learned everything he knows from me, just kidding.
