If you enjoy paying top dollar for bare minimum work, this is the place! Lackluster management with a definite chip on his shoulder (Mike.)
After TWENTY-SIX days of waiting patiently for my car to be repaired, I finally arrived at BMW. After reviewing the paperwork and paying $800 they brought out my car. Yes, I am a woman. No, I did not look at the car before paying. My husband is in the military ... view moreand currently out of town at a training course; to better protect our country. As I got in my car to drive away, I realized the gas tank was completely empty! I got out of the car and informed Mike of this. He laughed and told me not to worry?ˆ¦that there was a GAS STATION one mile away from the dealership. I was flabbergasted; and certainly expected better customer service from BMW. As I`m headed to fill up my tank, after just paying $800 for car repairs, I realized my check engine light was STILL ON! I called Mike immediately, and again he laughed. He simply stated that I needed a more `in depth` service for the light to turn off, and that it was a six hour process. What a joke. Mike treated me as if I were just a middle-class, insignificant, drone coming in for car repairs. Service your vehicle at a small, family owned, shop that will actually take interest in you as a client.
