Whenever a car is broken into on my block, we go to ICC Collision. I live in DTLA near Echo, so we`re at ICC on a weekly basis. Whether it`s a crackhead breaking your car window for a measly penny or a hipster crashing into your mirror, ripping it clear off your vehicle, ICC has got it covered. They must work long hours over there because I feel like my car is done in no time and always looks PERFECT!!! Thank You!

I`m not an expert when it comes to cars, but they seemed to do everything necessary to make it look pretty and run smoothly again. They were also very friendly and answered our phone calls with good information as well as updated us via email. They have a good guarantee policy, as well.? I pray I never need them, but I would go to them again.

I took my car to ICC for body work and it looks great. I was confident going because they had done an excellent job on my mom`s car several years ago. I took it on a Friday and it was all done by Thursday. For the record, I always feel like I`m being hustled by car people. I don`t trust any of them at all. A few months ago I was hit by a charter bus on Santa Monica Blvd. and my entire passenger side suffered as a result. Luckily the bus company`s insurance covered the damage. UNluckily the insurance company took its sweet, slow time in addressing things.? Not only did they patiently deal with the insurance company for weeks, but my car now looks as good as new!! Really amazing work! They also took the time to make sure I was set up with a rental car, as well as clean and wash my car before giving it back to me! These are very hardworking, honest, all around good guys. After getting a much higher quote I checked with ICC for some General repair stuff (no body work) and I was very happy. The quote was very reasonable, very nice staff and they got everything done timely and no hassles. I`ll go back for sure.

My grand mother lost her license a few years ago and has been asking me to take her to the Getty Museum ever since. I finally broke down and took a day off of work to take her to the museum. Can you believe that, almost 500 dollars? I have had my car fixed at ICC in the past and they told me they have tow trucks so I called them. The tow truck came within 30 minutes, the guy from ICC helped us with our personal belongings and arranged a rental car driver to take me and my grand mother to get a car so we didn?ˆ™t have to ride in a tow truck. I thought that was really thoughtful and nice of them to do. I had asked the guy on the phone what it would cost and he said ?ˆ?don?ˆ™t worry about it?ˆ? if I hadn?ˆ™t used these guys before I would have worried when someone says not too. I got my rental car, took my Grand mother home and went to the body shop. When I got there the Jack told me that he would give me the tow for no charge or bill it to the other guys insurance company. Jack fixed my car, I didn?ˆ™t do anything, and he handled the whole mess. I didn?ˆ™t even have to get involved. I?ˆ™m not sure about this but I think those people at ICC are the only ones who are doing things like that. I have never heard of any body shop going out of there way like that. Thank you ICC, we got our car back after 2 weeks in the shop and it looks gorgeous. The car was detailed and had no signs of repair whatsoever. I am thoroughly impressed. You did what you said you were going to do and that made our experience even better. Job well done.

I took my car to ICC the day after coming back from Christmas, during which my driver-side window had been smashed in. Joseph took care of me and got me an estimate in 20 minutes as to what it would cost and how long the replacement/cleaning would take. He graciously heard my plea about having the work done ASAP so that I could go to work with a fixed car. Not only did he stick to the time frame and estimate, but he did a stellar job at cleaning the broken glass and putting in the new piece.
