NEVER TRUST THIS DEALER
I purchased a 3-year old certified pre-owned BMW from this dealership. The night I drove back home, I found that the rear window has some leakage. (You can hear the wind while driving on highway. Very likely it needs a new window seal). I admit that I should have paid attention to this kind of little things while test drive. (But this is a certified car from a dealer.)
So I brought the car back the second day. The... view morey told me that this is not under warranty and want to charge me $175 just to diagnose the problem! Who knows how much they want me to pay to fix this thing. I walked away.
So my advice is that NEVER TRUST THIS DEALER. STAY AWAY AS FAR AS POSSIBLE.

Rip Offs
My wife and I bought a pre-owned 545I from Fremont BMW with only 18,000 miles. We were given a CarFax report which stated this car was a 1 owner car with no accidents. In fact the car was Certified by BMW to 100,000 miles. We felt confident and purchased the car. I couple years later after the transmission was in for repairs about 8 times and finaly replaced, we decided to sell the car. I had an interested party... view more who requested the vin # to run a check. She stated that if the vin came back clean she would buy the car. I was shocked when she contacted me and said the car had been in an accident. I asked her to email me the report and sure enough the car had been in an accident. Because of this, I ended up loosing 3,000 to 4,000 when I sold the car.
I know that BMW Fremont knew about the previous wreck reported to my car and still sold it as if it had never been in an accident.
Beware of this dealership. I was amazed that a BMW dealership would behave and lie this way. I assumed that since it`s a Certified BMW Dealership, they would be held to higher standards. Boy was I mistaken.
