I would give this dealership no star. Their customer service is horrible. Sales department is unprofessional. This sales person last name "ALI" was so rude. He told us, he is a stubborn person when he didn`t like our offer and told us to go to different dealership. I went to Honda across the street and got much better deal on Acura TL.

Terrible Service and Lies
I bought a Certified used car there, it was suppose to have passed Acura`s rigorous inspection. After one week I took it into my local Acura dealer for some brake issues I noticed. Upon a closer look they noticed, the brake pads on my car would have never passed inspection (2mm as verified by Marin Acura), battery failed load test, tail lights not working, wheels not balanced, not too mention I needed a full brake... view more job (new pads and machined rotors).
The dealer said they would pay for the items missed by the inspection, however, I would need to put it on my credit card. They promised it would be paid back within a week. Now, five weeks later I still have no check. So, the dealer owes me $600, plus I have to pay $480 for new brakes and rotors.
When I called to talk to the Manager he got very rude, said he did all he could do and actually hung up on me. His name is Rick.
Do not buy here! They are rude, liars and sell poorly maintained vehicles.

Poor Service department
I cannot review their sales team, as I did not buy my car there.
But I can tell you about my first time using their service department oh and my last.
I dropped my car off the day before the appointment for a warranty repair. My appointment was first thing in the morning, I have left 2 messages (cause I can not reach my service tech) and it is after noon and I have still to receive a call to let me know what the st... view moreatus of my vehicle, you know the important stuff like how long will you have it? Do I need to arrange for alternate transportation? Do I get a loaner on a warrantee repair? ETC....
So again although this is my first and last time at their service I do not recommend it to anyone.

poor service
I came to this dealership on Memorial Day weekend in hopes of getting a good deal for an Acura MDX. I received an email from one of the sales managers that there was a sale going on this weekend and I wanted to take advantage of that. Well I was very disappointed. First of all I received no customer service. I came on Sunday and there were no sales reps to help me test drive the car. So I thought it was my fault th... view moreat I did not call ahead. On Monday I called and made sure there would be a salesperson available. They told me there would be one available in one hour and I arrived promptly in an hour to wait again. A sales manager finally came out and told me that he was busy with a customer and that he would only pull another salesperson to help me test drive the MDX if I was serious about buying it today. Basically his tone was telling me that I shouldn`s be wasting his time if I was not serious about buying the car. Well how am I supposed to know that I want to buy the car if I have never test drove it?!? I was completely turned off by this salesman`s attitude and quickly left the dealership. I came into this dealership hoping to buy the MDX but because of the attitude and customer service of this dealership I have completely changed my mind. Acura is a luxury car and so I should be treated with respect when coming into a luxury dealership. I did not get that at all!! I would not recommend anyone to use this dealership in purchasing an Acura!
