Amazing Body Shop with a great staff!

Wonderful Staff! Great Service! I`m a women who doesnt know anything about cars and they helped me out each step of the way. Everybody was kind and helpful!

The Best Service....not to mention Honest!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! After a horrible accident to my 2009 Mercedes C300, I had my vehicle towed to Western Collision Center after hearing about their great reviews through friends. All I can say, is not only do they have amazing customer service, but their employees are so knowledgeable. My vehicle was towed into the shop. The lovely ladies at the front desk went over my vehicle and told me they would call me later on ... view moreduring the day to go over my estimate. As promised, they called me the same day, went over the entire estimate with me and answered all my questions. Lets not forget, that they already have e-mailed me an estimate as well. I also have requested them to inform me twice a week on updates to my vehicle and they kept their promise. They told me my car would be ready in 10 business days and they had it delivered in 7 days, but the best part of all is the cleaning detail to my vehicle that they do for their customers was amazing!! They even went out of their way to take out the scratches that i had on my vehicle that was not accident related. That alone they deserve 10 stars. No body shop from my past experience took this much care in my vehicle. After a horrible accident to my car and for my car to come out better then it came into the shop?? This place is outstanding!!

If I could rate them a zero I would

Can`t believe how poor the service is. It is so frustrating I almost can`t even type it all out it`s so exhausting. And to top it all off they lost one of my keys. And by lost I mean someone had to take it off the key ring, not easy by the way, and remove it from the set of keys. Horrible Customer Service

I can`t be more frustrated and disappointed with the service and work I have received from Western Collision Center. My car is over a week late and there has been zero communication from their end even though I have been calling and stopping by the shop to check on the progress. Even worse they misled me to believe the car would be completed within a timely manner and than made up some BS excuses when I confronted th... view moreem about their work or lack their of. Great work, great service

Western Collision repaired fairly serious damage to the front of my Camry in May 2009. They did a perfect job of restoration, polished the entire car, gave me a ride home and finished the job a day before they said they would. Price on extra work I asked to have done came in less than the quote. Service was professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

WORSE COMING OUT THAN GOING IN

To be honest, my experience at Western Collision is the first time I`m handling accident repairs through an insurance company - and I hope they aren`t par for the course. Twice they called me in to pick up my ""finished and ready"" vehicle to find GLARING issues that I was able to spot from 20` away. They clearly rushed to finish my car and never once inspected it or their work - SENDING ME OF TO DRIVE WITHOUT TAIL O... view moreR BREAK LIGHTS. What was MOST CONCERNING was all three I was in the shop, other customers came in and said, ""THE WORK YOU DID VOIDED MY WARRANTY,"" ""YOU DISABLED MY CLOCK, STEREO, AND BLINKERS WHILE FIXING MY BUMPER,"" ""YOU BROKE MY AIR CONDITIONER.""
I`m not sure what happens behind closed doors at Western Collision, but they same to do more harm than good.
