I`m a repeat customer. They are friendly, courteous and efficient and got the test done in about 20 min. I call first to make sure it`s a good time to come. If you use a price from a coupon, bring the coupon.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

These people do NOT charge the price you see on their website - bait and switch - it`s MORE expensive when you get there!! While I was there I heard ANOTHER customer say ""That`s not the price you quoted me over the phone""! I suspect that most if not ALL of their ""rave"" reviews are phony - those wonderful experiences just DO NOT jive with what I experienced. And, they are weirdly rude. Don`t waste your time

Unprofessional, unprepared, unpleasant. Rude. Equipment did not work. Shouted get that piece of junk out of here. Not a pleasant experience3.

Trustworthy and learn an invaluable tip!

This was my year for a smog check and luckily I received a coupon for this establishment because I really didn`t know where to go or who to trust. So, I not only saved money, the business is trustworthy. If you don`t pass, your second test is free! The test took only 10 minutes and I didn`t have to wait. Not only was I treated professionally and friendly -- the owner drove my car into the stall and the technician cha... view moretted me up like a human being and not just another number -- the staff was knowledgeable and helpful about the next steps in receiving my registration. They gave me a very good tip on how to bypass the DMV`s lengthy wait for stickers. As a AAA Member (hint), this info was golden. Take your car there if you want to learn the tip and if you want great service!

Great Service!

They were very nice, and quick. I am new to LA and was trying to find the best price since I am on a tight budget. They were willing to work with me on the price, if I found it cheaper they would meet the cheaper price. And where helpful and informative when I brought the car there, explaining what I need to do with everything after I`m done.
