OVERLAND AUTO - TERRIBLE AND UNSAFE!!
I went to Overland Auto (run by FRED) to have my check engine light checked. I was told I needed my radiator replaced. At first glance the staff seemed friendly...but after more interaction and closer inspection their facility was a mess, their staff barely spoke English, and were irresponsible with regard to the storing my car. The lent me a ""loaner"" car for two days. Well... the loaner car was 19 years old, and... view more had it`s own problems. After the second day, it broke down. Luckily, I had a late shift otherwise the car could have caused an accident. I had to get THEIR CAR towed to their shop before they were open. Luckily, there`s NO GATE in front of the shop, leaving all the cars they`re working on and finished repairing exposed to anyone walking by on a major road. After getting their loaner in their driveway I saw they left my PASSENGER WINDOW in my car all the way down. Anyone off the street during the night could have easily walked by and taken anything from my car or any car in the lot. When I asked for compensation for having to pay to get their loaner towed and for their disregard for the storage of my car, they said they didn`t understand what I wanted compensation for. I have never felt so happy to have my own car back when they finished the repairs... however, after driving less than 10 miles the ""new"" radiator started smoking. Take my advice...DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO OVERLAND AUTO. There is NO SECURITY for the cars they have finished or are working on, and the owners feel there`s nothing wrong with putting their customers in their own vehicles that are FALLING APART. And in terms of their repair expertise, my ""NEW"" SMOKING RADIATOR SPEAKS FOR ITSELF.
I also notice there`s a 5-star review for OVERLAND AUTO on here... well, that review was written by the secretary at Overland Auto.

don`t go to overland auto
I have had shops before that have installed breaks I have
bought from the parts shop with no problems.
I knew he was not going to guarantee his work but he did not advise me to grind the rotors and now they are making the
worst noise every time I slow down.
Don`t bother to go to overland auto.
