I am completely satisfied with the good service at L&M Motors (specializes in Benz). They performed service on my 1995 W124. Prior to bringing in my car, I spoke to Sylvia and Ludwig on the phone and they were very professional and informative. I brought my car in the following morning and was greeted Ludwig, the owner and Benz expert with over 50 years experience. Since the car was there, I also mentioned a couple of minor quirks that would be nice if they had time to look at and to let me know how much cost additional (parking brake pedal return spring & shift linkage bushing). We have been bringing our Mercedes to L & M Motors for over 14 years. The professional and courtesy service is above and beyond any repair shop we have ever visited.
