Don`t Do It!!!

Went there to have 2 small chips in my windshield repaired and left with more problems than when I arrived. They drilled too far into my windshield and went into the laminate layer, leaving behind the drill holes and distortion. This distortion is very apparent while driving and honestly it`s a big distraction. Got 2 other glass companies to look at it and they said that Doctor Auto Glass repaired it incorrectly. ... view more Doctor Auto Glass will not take responsibility for the problem. They say this is normal and how EVERY repair is done. There is no way of fixing this now, so my only option is to replace the entire windshield. They will replace it for me, but for an additional $100!!! What a scam! Why would I want them to ever touch my car again? Beware of shady business practices and uncooperative employees.

Recommend shop to anyone needing auto glass or auto parts

Reliable and very experienced. I was in and out in 30 min. they had my mercedes windows replaced and there was 3 employees working on the car. Never seen as detail oriented people. Very polite and even gave me a discount!

BEST LOCATION TO REPLACE WINDSHIELD

Extremely convenient. Called them for a quote (BEST PRICE BTW), dropped car off, picked up by the end of day. ALL IN ONE DAY. Everything went extremely smooth. Hopefully never have to replace my windshield again, but if I had to, I definitely would come back here.
