This has got to be the WORSE ...

This has got to be the WORSE MECHANIC SHOP ON THE PLANET!!! A complete freaking rip off!! First Joseph (the owner) tells me that he hears noise coming from my transmission and takes it out with out my permission. Then when I started asking him for a Detailed Invoice stating everything they were going to do to my car, all he could tell me was..."Don`t worry bout it buddy, I take care of you!". This was all ... view morea lie!! Since he could not provide the information I was asking for and kept switching up prices on me, I decided to have my car towed to a different shop. At that point I asked him to please just put all my parts back in the car and that I would have the car picked up. At first he wanted to charge me $500 for removing a transmission that I didn`t ask him to take off, which I was not willing to pay because it seemed like it was just another way that he was trying to rip me off. Until we negotiated back and forth for 2 days, he brought his price down to $250, which I paid so he would release my car back to me. It has been a little over a month now since this happened and I have had to go back to his shop 5 times for missing parts that he did not put back on my car. (Right axle, motor mount, fly-wheel, starter and all the bolts that hold these parts together in the engine). Every time I`ve had to go back to get my parts all I get are excuses and bad reasons of why they forgot to put them back in my car. The last time I was there Joseph even started cursing and yelling that why do I keep on bugging him. So at his point now I have decided to file a complaint with the B.A.R. and the Better Business Bureau., and no longer try to go back to this shop. I would recommend that anyone looking for a good mechanic to stay as far away from this shop as possible!! Ever since I made the biggest mistake of dropping off my car here, I have had the most terrible headaches.
