Only What You Need

I took my sons Honda to Orange Muffler after calling first. I like the fact that the owner, (Paul), answered the phone. After telling him that my car was at the dealer and they told me I needed a muffler he said "for that year vehicle it is extremely rare it would need a muffler", and could I bring my car down so he could see it. I brought it down a couple of hours later and he immediately put it up on the rack, he ... view moresaid the inlet pipe to the muffler had rusted through, but the muffler itself was in perfect condition, he could replace the pipe for about $50.00, which he did in about an hour. I had made several calls to several shops that morning and was being quoted $200-$300 by people who had not seen, or were interested in seeing the car, they only wanted the money. Paul was the only one who was interested in & knowledgable enough to earn my business. Kudos to you Paul. I will send ALL of my referrals to Orange Muffler from now on.

Honesty, Integrity, Value

I have taken various vehicles to Orange Muffler over the past several years. I have been recommending them for just as long. The owner, Paul, has always given me the best value and work quality. I have had friends come back to me and thank me for referring them to Orange Muffler. I referred someone today (May 8th 2008) who had their catalytic converter stolen. A repair shop quoted my friend $1,500.00. Paul quot... view moreed far less. Orange Muffler had to move, approximately five years ago, to their new location at 821 W. Collins in Orange. Don`t be fooled into going to the old location (also in Orange). They are not the same business, even if they tell you verbally that they are. These days, it seems so difficult to find honesty in all kinds of businesses...especially auto repair. Paul at Orange Muffler is one of those honest people. I wish him the greatest success with his business.
