Do Not Bring Your Car Here

Last week I went to the E-Z Lube location in North Hollywood, CA (10760 Riverside Drive) and had a horrible experience. After taking down my information and order they attempted to upsell me to double the price to $85 for synthetic motor oil. When I explained again and again that I just wanted the basic level service they switched reps on me and a second associate tried to upsell me. For the 3rd time I repeated that ... view moreI only wanted the basic level service and oil; which the associate then argued with me about what my car needed. After going to my glove box and showing him the owners manual for my car he still wouldn`t give it up. So I left and drove to the Firestone Auto Repair location in Studio City on Ventura Blvd. Thirty minutes and $45 later (with their highest grade Castrol synthetic oil) I had my car back. This EZ-Lube location is not honest. Do not go there.?ˆ?

Great Service All Around

So i was a little scared to go to this location because of the previous reviews. I still decided to go, since they had a coupon on their website.
Teh experience was great! It was so easy and not painful at all. The girl who was doing my oil change was great. They washed my windows, vacuum inside of the car and go down the list everything they do.
They when i was all done, they offered me a VIP card (usually $8)... view more free for a large discount on my next time. Overall all a great experience.
