WORST SERVICE EVER

two cars I brought them at the same time, they not only over charged my insurance but asked ME to locate parts... REALLY? the workers were helpful, the OWNER deserves a punch in the neck. RUDE and HOSTILE creep that was just about to receive a high kick to the forehead when my logic kicked in, they call me to apologize but I`m already on the phone to my attorney and my insurance and better business bureau. ... view more there are SEVERAL body shops that are glad to have the work. this behavior is unacceptable.

Comment about Recent Repairs

To The Beverly Hills Auto Staff, On September 9th, I was involved in a minor accident, or so I thought. There were issues with the rear of my car. Luckily, it was not my fault and thank goodness for having car insurance through Progressive! I almost did not even deal with my car insurance because it seemed like such a minor accident. The man who had hit me started to act sketchy and said that he could just clip my... view more exhaust back together. Obviously, that did not seem like the brightest idea. So, I told him I`m calling my insurance and we exchanged information. I contacted Progressive around 7pm in the evening and before 5pm the next day, they already recommended a body repair shop in my area and said that I can also have a rental car ready for me that same day. I drove to Beverly Hills Auto straight from work & was literally out of there within 20 minutes with a new rental. Since it was a Friday, BH Auto said they would contact me Monday with an estimate and further details. Seriously, at least twice a week, I had someone contacting me for the whole three weeks my car was in the shop about an update. I am more than impressed with the service you have provided to me. I loved that Jason (I believe) was so on top of contacting me, even with his busy schedule, I`m sure. Sometimes he would call while I was working, so he would leave a very nice detailed message. I always tried to call him back that same day or the morning after. After three long weeks, I was ready to have my own car back. It was nice having a 2010 rental, but the feel of your own comfortable car is so much better. I came in September 30th, and again, was out of there within 20 minutes with my new shiny bumper and everything else you had fixed (new brakes, new rotors). The fixings for the car were almost as much as what my car is worth but BH Auto did a fantastic job. Although, most of the replacements were inside of the bumper where you can`t see anything, I know I left my car in good hands. I was also very impressed by the fact that they actually took the time to take all the junk out of my car, in between the seats, under the seats, in my trunk and put everything nicely into a box. That, I did not expect for them to do such a thing! Also, my car has NEVER looked so clean since I bought it last year from my friend. It practically looked like a new car. It just felt so nice to be driving my car again and without Beverly Hills Auto, it would have never looked so great, inside and out. I will highly recommend your place to friends or family and I will definitely be back if I need any repairs done. Please pass this along to EVERYONE within your shop and also the Rental shop next door. I was unable to speak to anyone (besides the cute girl in reception) in person as I was taking my car home since it was late in the afternoon. Thank you, thank you! good body work, good mechanical work, ""GREAT"" car wash, good customer service. they were a little late on the repairs but they provided me with a new rent-a-car comparable to my car.
