Firestone Scam
I brought my car several month`s ago and bought 2 tires and an oil change. I have a Toyota Sienna by the way. When I went home the tire indicator keep on blinking on and off. I wondered about the quality of the firestone tires they put. So the next day I went back and complained about the blinking tire indicator sign. I upgraded my tires into Bridgestone and waited several hours as they have to get the tire in a diff... view moreerent location. After It was finished they showed it to me, the tires they installed looked old and worst the blinking started again but it was intermittent. It will blink then will be gone for a long time then will start again. They told me lots of excuses maybe my tire indicator was bad blah blah blah. After 2 months I went to a Toyota Dealership and had my breaks replaced I complained to them about the blinking problem on my tire. After an hour they called me and to my surprise the reason why my tires were blinking was it was cracked and the worse thing about it the tire that was installed was a Dupont tire which I never bought in my life. I only have Bridgestone and Michelin on my van, where the hell this tire came from and the worst part of it was it was cracked. I could have an accident. I have to go to Costco to buy another tire to replace the bogus one. This people are scammers I wanted to file a complaint against the company but it happened 3 months ago already.

mr honest
Stay away from this place it is a BAIT AND Switch artist!!
Brought my vehicle in for minor idler arm and pitman arm replacement which requires about $125 worth of parts and about 2 hrs labor tops. Stuck me with over a $650 bill. I ask them to just change out front brake pads and they went ahead and turn my old rotors without permission at the rate of $100 each. I already did the back drum shoes myself and supplie... view mored the front disc pads for them. Went ahead and installed brake shoe spring kits at $30 a wheel. Cost of spring kit $4.65 at Autozone. They change employees on a monthly basis at the front desk because the customers on the whole all complain about their Bait and Switch tactics. Stay clear, the mechanics are third world incompetents!!!

Horrible Experience - Should`ve known
I came in, signed an agreement to pay for services based on my car`s VIN number.
Over an hour later, and after my car was on lift and taken apart, i was told
they made a mistake and now want double the amount for the work. I left work
early for this and it killed my whole day because i then was not able to get the
service needed and could not go on my 150 mile drive!
They conned me into agreeing to do my o... view moreil change there, only to bait and switch
me after i had wasted over an hour. I don`t think they expected me to tell them
to put my car down and back together. They thought i would agree to paying
double at that point. I have heard of this place doing it ALL the time but never
thought it would happen to me for such a simple procedure. Shame on them.
I called to complain to the regional HQ offices and have not received a reply
from that manager OR the manager from the location either. Horrible customer
service. I drive a lot and would need services every 3 months, but i will NOT be
coming back, especially due to the bait and switch fraud being practiced here. For all i know, they are trained to be this shady.
How can they make a mistake in the price if the invoice was based on MY VIN
NUMBER, CAR YEAR and MODEL that automatically kicks out the right information and automatically spits out a price?
What a joke!

good and honest service
My car was making brake noise and I brought it in here. Eddie was great, turned out it is only brake dust and the did not tell me to get new brakes . I did the full service on the car and it turned out half of what the dealer wanted for the same service. Very happy.
