Honest and Great work for the value

I have been to three other auto repair businesses here in Vallejo; I will not name them because I do not have any real kind words for them. However, I have at least 4 times taken our family vehicles to Pena`s Auto Repair and have been very pleased with their workmanship. This garbage is a family like atmosphere with kind personal. It is nice to call in and be told they can fit you in. Great Shop!!

Im sorry to hear the reveiws of a disgruntled employee, that should not be the reason to speak on buissness. We stay committed to provide great customer service to ALL PEOPLE not just the ones we know. Its unfortunate that Mr. Gardner had to be let go. He is a great mechanic Ill give him that. But just because he got laid-off shouldnt be a reason to knock a business. We regret the fact that we had to let him go. But... view more he wasnt the shop, he was just an employee!
We stay committed to provide a great service to all people. As for the experience: one mechanic has over 30 yrs experience (and thats on working cars not driving tow trucks!!!) and the the other is one of the best muffler guys all around this area well with over 13 yrs of experience. So i cant say that there has been much to complain about. Again im sorry somebody got their feelings hurt because they had to leave, but its ironic how this reveiw doesnt come out until he was let go. Its unfortunate but sometimes you just have to move on!!!!!

What was once a top notch shop

I was they guy working the counter at the time Gloria came in and it was always a pleasure to treat people with Honesty and integrity.I worked for Mufflers Plus for over 10 years and loved every minute of it.Then it sold in Oct. 07.My mentor Matt Pendergast needed to move on so he sold .Then the shop started going down hill.The new owners know nothing of running an honest repair shop and know even less in the automot... view moreive repair side of it.So I realy needed to get out before our good name went with it.So I would like to say I`m very sorry to all of our loyal customers for me having to move on and realy hope you find a quality shop to take all of you automotive repair needs too.

Who said customer service left our county!!

Given that the economy is not at it`s peek, it has been necessary for me to make every effort to cut in cost. It is very rare now a days to find a service oriented business. I had the pleasure of taking my vehicle to Muffler`s Plus in Vallejo. The front desk guy was very friendly, and the repairs to my Volvo were top of the line.
