If there was a way to give this dealership a 0 star rating, I would have. I bought a used car from them and before I got home it started making an annoying squeaking sound. I took it to my mechanic the next day and two belts and the tensioner needed to be replaced. The belts were not only old but they had cracks all along the length. This car cost me $300 to repair in the first day of owning it. However, during the r... view moreepair my mechanic noticed that the rear air suspension was blown on both rear tires. Cost of repair over $600. I have owned this car five days and it has cost me almost $1000 to maintain. All of this from a car that was supposedly put through a stringent 100 pt check. This place sells lemons and refuse to help in any way. I talked to a manager and they won`t take any responsibility for an ""As-Is"" product. They have no integrity and no desire to stand behind their products. unless you are a mechanic, DO NOT BUY FROM POWER FORD VALENCIA! I`m disgusted with them.

Thisw place has it mastered at faking it

I had a few recalls that I had to have done, (btw, does FORD just not get it from the Pinto Theory experience???) so I brought my car to Valencia Power Ford to have them done. I was told to show up first thing in the morning at the parts/service dept. on a specific day. When I arrived I asked for the parts mgr. The young lady behind the counter/window, said that she did not know of this person and told me to go to th... view moree adjacent lot. This was a command with attitude. I politely told her that the parts mgr I had asked for was definitely employed there and could she please call his ext. Again with the infamous attitude I was told toi go next store. Now without the courtesy that anyone else would deserve I suggested she do her job and call next door herself to see if he`s there, here, on the toilet but to just find him. Short of giving me the finger she did call ""someone"" to find he did exist to her unpleasant surprise. As she began to mumble I just walked away and sat down. About 30 minutes later the parts mgr walked in, obviously upset over God only knows what, barked at me to drive here, there, the other way and started to walk away. I barked right back and said hang on second! I haven`t a clue what you just spit out of your mouth but if you hate your job as much as your girl does why don`t you both quit. With an intensity that was beyond anger and heading towards rage he began to tell me again. I interrupted and said forget it. I`ll find it. When I dropped off my car the woman who ran this dept was excellent. Courteous, professional. on the ball, greet with a smile, introduction, handshake... top of the class. It ended there. When I returned and picked up my car the inside was a disaster. The carpet was soiled/greased from shoes, they had for whatever reason taken everything out of the console and left it like it everywhere. The steering wheel had grease all over it and it could not have looked worse had it been broken into. I told this to their parts manager and he made an inappropriate comment that they were not being paid to detail the inside of my car. I said you know, you`re right. I walked away and will not only never return to this ""house of drama"" but I will share this indignant experience often.

Great Dealer

Bought my f150 3 years ago and have seviced it their every time, I have 72k mile on it and it was out of warranty, brought it in for a transmission problem and it needed a expensive repair, they help me out with the cost of the repair and got ford to pay for part they paid for part and I paid for part that was above and beyond what was expected. Watch out, Service department rip-offs

to point out all the expensive things that needed repair. leaky seals that kind of stuff So now it was off of them and on my dime. They like to over charge.

magic people

Although i did not buy a car here( i almost did) the people here are so wonderful that i had to tell you guys. From the time i walked in to time i left this place i was a happy camper. They didn`t attack me or make me feel pressured just because i was looking around. They even helped me figure out how to get out of a car that i currently still paying for.
