Parts department
The young man behind the parts counter was very quick and to the point. He identified want I needed, provided an estimate time of arrival and placed the order. I was notified as expected at the date when I the parts were estimated to arrive. This young man took the extra step to deliver on his way home. I am sold on the Valencia parts department.

Worst Service Dealership (Unscrupulous Practices)
I took my car for regular routine to this dealership since I moved to Santa Clarita from Glendale. I had the worst service experience. First, they called me to tell me that my car needed several mechanical work beyond what is provided in Service B. I told them to just perform the regular service and that I would take my car to another dealership to get the work performed. A day after I picked up my car from service, ... view moreI started having problems: my car door holders broke (on both driver and passenger side), my center console came apart, my oil malfunction warning came on, the washer fluid warning light came on, and my car started to have problems. I took it to another dealership where I personally knew the mechanics who worked there and they told me that several parts were not put back correctly (some of the valves were left open), that some wires were somehow disconnected. They also told me that I did not need the additional work that Mercedes of Valencia recommended. I will never return to this dealership. I never called them to notify them of the issues I experienced since I was too upset to deal with them. I believe that they intentionally did the damages to my car so I would return to get them repaired with them. This is not the best way to win a customer. I do not recommend this dealership.
