Color Match was Perfect

I literally had my front (my fault) and rear bumper (hit twice at a stop light - cell phone) and all 4 times the color match on my silver BMW was perfect and the repairs was done in 1 DAY. I was still worried at my lease turn in because of so many repairs but I passed with flying colors. Thanks!

Auto Body and Paint

As a woman, things with a car may as well be a foreign language. The guys at Carsmetics immediately put me at ease. I only wanted to get an estimate to see how much my scraped bumper was going to be to repair. Did I need to go through my insurance? or can I avoid getting a ding on my record. I was told Carsmetics doesn`t do estimates, that when I was done with my quote, I would know exactly how much it was going to c... view moreost. No hidden charges. It only took about 10 or 15 minutes to get my quote, and this is where the ""put at ease "" comes in. The job was explained to me step by step without overwhelming me with car speak. To top it all off the price was perfectly below my deductible, so I didn`t have to morgage the house or go through my insurance. This even left me enough money to get a rental except, I didn`t need one. They did the job the same day I dropped off the car. I was very pleased with the way my bumper looked at the end of the day. I highly recommend Carsmetics for anyone looking to get your crunched car fixed. Thanks Carsmetics!

Courteous staff provided quick and painless quote, helped me make an appointment around my schedule, and were able to complete the repairs quicker than other shops quoted. Carsmetics made my car look like it did before the accident and I was very pleased with the price!

My CAR looks SPARKLY NEW AGAIN!

Carsmetics REALLY made my car look NEW AGAIN!
I am very particiular about my car looking prestine,
but over the past 2 years, I had some dings and scratches on my car,
that were an eye soar to look at!
I was referred by a friend to go to Carsmetics.
At first I was sceptical as I was NOT taking my car to my Volvo Service Dept,
and I was worried that the paint job would not look perfect??
From th... view moree moment I walked into this place, I was impressed, and I felt comfortable with the whole process.
They had friendly serice rep who answered all my questions.
I was pleased with the fact that this place did NOT look like a body shop!
I liked the clean environment,
and the fact it did not SMELL like a body shop.
They had free wi-fi, so I was able to work on my laptop while waiting for the repair to be done.
Carmetics far exceeded my expectations
.... within a couple of hours.....and like magic
....my midnight blue Volvo C70 looked SPARKLY NEW again!
I will hopefully not have to come back again (smile)
