Sales person was extremely helpful and accommodating. We test drove the A3 3.2S and missed a turn onto the highway. He insisted that I made a u-turn and get on the highway. He assured me that this is what the A3 is made for! Not pushy at all.

I had looked online for the car I wanted and was willing to travel within a 1,000 mile radius of SLC to purchase. I spoke with Mary Anne on the phone many times. Her training on the vehicles functionality was superb and her follow up was off the charts as she checked with me on several occasions through my drive back home to SLC. Finance dept was also fantastic. No hard selling on the extended warranties, paint protection, etc. I`d say I spent no more than a total of 2 hours from when I first arrived to when I drove off the lot in my new car.

The sales manager at Santa Monica was by far the easiest and realest person over the phone and in person to deal with. He made it so simple and his price was the best right out of the gate. He made no attempts to bait and switch us and made the whole process so simple. I am very pleased with the car and the sales process they provided me with.

I`ve never been to such a great dealership in my life. I really enjoyed my time here. The salesman I worked with was very upfront and honest about everything, and gave me a great deal without any hassle. I told him exactly what I wanted, and he got it for me!
