Scott at Novato Auto Service d...

Scott at Novato Auto Service does a great job at a reasonable price. During major service I had my brakes checked. I thought it was going to be a big job but was told I just needed the rotors turned. A dishonest mechanic could have said I needed a full brake job, but Scott was honest and saved me hundreds. Plus he gave me a loaner car while working on mine. The place is clean and professional. beware .....skip this place

I took my car ( which was my first car my parents gave me when I turned 18) for checking the engine light. This guy changed lot of things and it cost me around 1500 bucks. The car has lost her rhythm after that. I feel so sad that my parents gave this car to me and now its not the same. car spoiler.

I had my 90k miles service recently at this place and changed the timing belt. after driving for a week, the timming belt broke right in the middle of freeway and I was escaped from a life threatening situation since a car behind my car was rusing towards my car and it almost ramped onto me. Never go at this place

Hi My car was ruined after I serviced at this place. The guy works here does not have knowledge and he will keep giving estimates of parts to be changed rather than fixing the exact problem. So if you have any problem then you end up replacing all the parts around the problem. dont go to this place if you want to save your car and pocket.
