Great Auto Repair

I just had some body work done on my vehicle and Harry`s did a great job, the car looks perfect and they finshed 3 days ahead of schedule. They were very nice and easy to deal with. Maybe I delt with someone different than the other reviewer, but I can`t say enough good things about the service that I received.

I was using Harry`s for a year...

I was using Harry`s for a year but i think they changed their price policy. Today i was there because of some minor problems, i wanted to get them fixed before i sell my car. They charged me $100 for putting a screw on bumper, $75 for putting another screw on muffler pipe and $25 fixing gas handler. Last time i went there, they told me that they wouldnt charge me anything for the bumper, so today i just left my car w... view moreithout asking how much it would cost because i thought it wouldnt cost more than 50-60 bucks, yet instead of screwing the bumper, they screwed me. Quality Automotive Repair

Is it true that Harry?ˆ™s Auto Collision Center located at 1154 North La Brea Avenue in W. Hollywood is a first rate operation? Yes, it is in every respect! Our choice of this particular Harry?ˆ™s Auto Collision Repair turned out to be the right choice. They not only expertly repaired the front end damage from the accident but in addition they repaired defects that were visible from age, wear and tear. We were pleasantly surprised when presented with a shiny; good looking 96 Honda Civic. My wife was speechless, I was elated. The Best on the Block

I brought my 2009 Lexus in to get a crushed bumper repaired. My dealer had recommended the other Harry`s down on south La Brea near Olympic (please take note that this Harry`s is on La Brea between Fountain and Santa Monica). The other Harry`s can boast a high-end waiting room but this Harry provides exceptional service. I took the car in on Monday and they had it repaired and ready for me on Thursday -- a full day ahead of schedule. The work was beautiful. Chris took care of me. I met Harry as well. They`re both really good guys. And incredibly honest -- a rarity in the world of auto repair. if you need a rental while your car is being repaired, they have a good deal with Enterprise Rental Cars who will come over and pick you up. Some fancy types might think that the waiting area is a bit funky but who cares -- it`s a body shop! I wouldn`t hesitate to go back.

These guys have become my friends

Do you want to take your car to a shop that other customers recommend and trust completely? These guys have done a lot of work for me over the years on four different cars. Engine work, brakes, suspension, paint and body, etc. It`s nice to not have to worry about whether you`re going to get what you need done. Fantastic service

I have a 3000GT VR-4 - it`s a rare bird.
A bearing was going fast and I was traveling to visit my daughter in Hollywood.
Harry took my car in, diagnosed it, effected repair, and got it back the same day.
Fast, fair, and friendly.
I wished I lived nearby so I could take my car to Harry and Chris.
This is the best automotive repair experience I have had in years.

My Lexus Looks Perfect After Accident

I would definitely trust my Lexus being fixed here again by Harry and Chris. They take such pride in their work. Aside from being a Geico-affiliated shop (I`ve had Geico for 20 years), Harry was very kind. I also saw a bunch of Mercedes and Audis there for servicing as well. While there, I also asked to have some additional pings/scratches on my doors fixed (done under a separate invoice for a few hundred) and it tur... view morened out great. Repainted a total of three doors (one was the accident plus body work on the door) and it looks brand new. It was shining and vacuumed inside when I picked it up. Couldn`t be happier with the body work and it was ready by the day estimated. They work with Enterprise and can arrange for a pick up to rent a car very easily. Attention, honesty, and good work

I love this place! Years ago they replaced my brake pads, and I have had enjoyable visits to Harry`s and to the property for my smog check as well, so I came back to the a few weeks ago ?ˆ” and again was very happy with the result. It needed a master cylinder and the guy in charge at the Melrose AAMCO simply said he didn`t want to work on it. Never mind that I was scared to drive with brakes going so low. He sent me on my way. I can`t say for sure but I think it was because he wanted the easy brake pad jobs, not this, plus my car was getting older so I was trying to decide how to deal with that. I went straight to the shop where I knew I`d be treated in a friendly way, with respect. The guys there spent time with me, helping me know my options. He called for a parts price and gave me the pricing and I knew he was being very fair. He said he could do it right away. Then they allowed me to make some calls, get opinions, and reach a decision. I decided to have the master cylinder replaced. I took a short walk to Jon`s market and food shopped, then dropped that food at the car as they worked. Another quick walk to Target (to get Hershey`s Kisses as a thank you gift for the mechanics) and when I came back they were nearly done. One thing I love is that there is a lot to do while you`re waiting. Harry`s is a busy place. Cars are always coming in and going out. The workers have always been nice when I`ve been there (about 5 times). I also pass by when I walk to local stores. Of all the repair joints in all of LA I chose this one!!

Harry and his staff were excellent from moment one. When my old garage, Town Tire, closed up shop I had no idea where/how to look for a new one.
