Radiator was out of coolant by the time I go home. Top of the radiator had a crack. Took it back. They said they couldn`t have caused the crack. They showed me what they had done to put the belt on and the end of the handle of the wrench was exactly where the crac... view morek was. Filed a complaint with the company and got nothing but run around and no resolution. Cost to me: several hundred dollars. Second time - just an oil change. This time there was a pool of oil in my drive way. Took it back and they had to "order" a part. "fixed" it. Still a pool of oil in my drive way. Took it to my mechanic. They had replaced the drain plug with an over sized plug because they had stripped the treads. Have to replace the oil pan .... $300. Never again.

Excellent Skill

I thought my car was dying and was preparing to get a new car. However, I brought my car to EZ Lube today, and I was surprised at the out come. I had hard time to start up my engine every time, but not any more. Also, my car had hard time to pick up the speed. Now, everything goes super smooth now. I love my car again, and I don`t need to get a new car now. You don`t need appointment to get in. I dropped off my car a... view moreround 2pm on Saturday, and I got my car the same day before they closed, and which is 6pm. I was doing oil change, power steering flush, intake system cleaning, fuel tank additive , engine flush, serpentine belt replacing, radiator cleaning, battery changing, and replaced this and that. The price is about $650 after some discounts. I think the price is pretty decent compares to the dealer, where I had always go before today. EZ Lube explained everything to you and show you what they have done next to your car, not with the paper only. I think it is a lot better than the dealer, who never told you what they have done, and you never know if they really did it or not.
