Had a appointment for wheel al...
Had a appointment for wheel alignment at 9 AM. I was there 5 minutes before my appointment. They told me there was a car on the rack & it would take about an hour. Forty five minutes later my truck had not moved. I told them I needed my truck by 10:30. They said they didn`t think they could make that because the vehicle on the rack was taking longer than expected. So much for having a appointment. I would ... view morenever go there again.

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE
Midas in Lodi is the Best place to go for auto service! Shawn and Ken run a nice clean shop, and they are honest and friendly too.Even their mechanics have been with them a long time.I like that. I feel good about having them do all our auto service. In fact, we`re getting new tires from them next week before we head out on vacation.They have the best customer service around. We wont take our cars anywhere else!!

I took my car in for brake and tire service, original estimate was changed...though they seemed to be friendly, when I got my car back I realized that they had taken my valve stem caps and switched them for generic black ones. When confronted, the owner said that he was not calling me a liar but he did not believe me and instead believed his guys that they did not take them.( there was no other possible bandit) Then,... view more in his ever so condesending manner he concluded that he was not saying that I was out to get a freebe but he would be the nice guy and give it to me anyway! Hmmm.... as if I would trust my car with them again....I think it is horrible customer service to call me a liar and accuse me of trying to get something for free, how dare him(Ken, the owner)...He was quite smug with himself at the end of our conversation, so I did the right thing for the public to forwarn them...I filed a police incident report, a consumer report and reported them to Midas and now I have the pleasure of writing this review.God Bless them if they think that they can steal from people and then treat them like the criminal!
