Is it worth the Gamble???? Not for me!

Sure WTS has been there for quite a while. I agree that they may have done some good work for many people. BUT what if they don`t!!!! The issue I have is the customer service, warranty, and headaches when something does go wrong.
First, if the window tints happen to have small bubbles, small scratches, or other imprefections, the worker`s try to convince you that it`s not a big deal or that imperfections are ... view morecommon despite the warranty. Another approach for their errors, is to try to blame you for using ""the wrong window cleaners"" or ""not bringing it in once a year for inspection."" When they do agree to fix, if they do, they ask you to come on week days since they aren`t as busy as on weekend. This is very upsetting for those who have to take time off from work after paying over $120. By the way, the day I was there early, the guy who opens the shop was 10 minutes late...As a customer, does this make you feel important??

As for the warranty.. be sure to get an inspection on the windows and have your voucher stamped once a year as it may void the warranty if you forget. The biggest question is, ""what good is a warranty if you have to argure to get things fixed""?? Also, be aware of ""intimidation tactics"" that are used when something goes wrong in hopes that you`ll accept the imperfections. Also, they may ask you to wait another month because ""the bubbles should eventually go away.""

So, bottom line-- Is it worth the Gamble? there is indeed a chance that your tints may be perfect...But What If They Are Not? What if you`re one of the unlucky one`s with the small or large bubbles? We`ll if that`s the case.. you`ll have a place to write about it.

This place is terrible. The staff act like they are doing you a favor, as if they were God`s gift to window tinting. They damaged my interior in a couple of places and completely denied it. To add insult to injury, the tint job was bad. Bubbles that wont go away...terrible cut lines along edge. I strongly encourage anyone NOT TO GO THERE.

not wroth your time

I wanted to get my Headlight protective film put on my new car I had called around not to many places offer this and WTS dose offer it. My friend had told me he took his boat to WTS and the told hem 300 bucks and he found a guy down the street to do it for 125. and my other friends told me about they bad quality of they work. I ask hem what time he open Friday. 9am I get there Friday at 9am he wanted to tint my windows no problem there was one other guy waiting I said no I wanted my film and his attitude change and said no give me your number and ill call you. you need a appointment. and ask the other guy how can I help you so he blows me out the door because I did not want my windows tinted. I drove down there for nothing this place is unprofessional and jerks

top notch service!

my 08 mitsubishi evo was in need of some tint, so went to wts for help. thomas and manuel were very helpful.they use a computer cut system for cutting the film, no cutting on your car! very hitech. lifetime warranty limo tint $150 great job great great service. awesome shop!!!

Best Work Ever

I have been a customer for 6+ years.. First time I took my 2004 Chevy Suburban for a complete tint.. The job was excellent.. Now just bought a 2010 Chevy Tahoe took it in for a complete tint. Work was just as good as it was 6 years ago. Staff is very nice and helpful. Prices are lowest in town.. Have recommended to family and friends..

UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

I went to get some rims for my Accord, and right away they helped me pick out a nice set of rims. They were friendly and complimentary of my car, assured I was getting a good deal and promised the rims would be in first thing in the morning, and he would give me a call to come in. Took a brand new car to them (i day old) and they scratched my window (3 inch blade scratch) and then denied it and then said, if they did do it, theyre sorry we`ll knock off 50%. are you kidding me?

I went Whittier Tint Shop and 1 week later, my windows look like crap. I didnt roll windows down, or take the car to the wash, yet shop claims there is nothing wrong. Even though I brought it back within a reasonable cure/time frame WTS would not refund my money. The video on youtube doesnt show up as well, but you can still see the spotty ripples. Consumers beware of the Integrity of Whittier Tint shop

I got my vehicle Tinted there back in april 08, I paid for the best film they had (I`ll keep the name of the film private) My vehicle got broken into this December, one of the windows was broken to gain access. I got the window fixed and went looking around fresno were I live now for the same quality film. come to find out the film I paid for was not installed.
