The Best and the Worst
We started our experience talking to Ron Powers on the phone. When we went in, he couldn`t have been better. He took us for a test drive on the used car we wanted, and gave us great information and help. We were really impressed.
HOWEVER, when we went to actually buy the car, we talked to Noel Amick, a complete jerk who treated us like dirt. We made an offer on the car, and he came back with the sticker pr... view moreice as their ""counter offer"". We tried again, and he came down a little bit, but when we asked if they could do better he said forget it. So we did.
We called Ron back later in the afternoon to see if there was any wiggle room at all. He said he would call us back, and instead Noel called and said to me ""What do you want?"". I asked if there was anything they could do, he said no and hung up.
WE WERE READY TO BUY THE CAR but Noel Amick wouldn`t negotiate with us. I feel really sorry for Ron Powers, who is a really nice guy and a good salesperson, but got stymied by this idiot ""closer"".

Caveat emptor
I would definitely not recommend purchasing a used vehicle from these folks. I purchased a used truck from them in November of 2008. The truck supposedly passed the GM certified 100 point inspection. The windshield wipers were shot, the brakes squeaked and needed work. All the fluids needed to be changed, and the parking brake needed work as well. Most of the things above, I would imagine would have to be in the ins... view morepection.
When I purchased the truck they agreed to switch out the tires from my original truck. After the purchase was completed, and the time came for the switch, they suddenly said the tires would not work with the TPMS system on the truck I got. They eventually switched the tires to some crappy tires they had, with rims off another used vehicle. As it turns out, having verified this with several tire places, there should have been no reason they could not have done this. The tire places I went to said either their service people were lazy, or just plain inept. I ended up having to buy new tires, as the tires they supplied were just not that good.
I had to hound them for copies of paperwork for the extended warranty and other stuff. They also advertised the vehicle with a feature it did not have. I had to spend hours gathering information to prove to them this was the case, before they admitted it did not have the feature they advertised, that shows real integrity (being facetious here).
I also received an automated voice message requesting I call the Sales Manager of the dealership, wanting to make sure I was completely satisfied. I called two times and left a message, but I have yet to receive a call back. The original message I received was an automated message. This makes me feel like they really do not want to talk to anyone to begin with, no call back tells me they really don`t care if someone is satisfied or not.
Overall with this dealer, caveat emptor.
