This is not an honest shop.
I took my car to Harvey`s Autotech to get a misfire repaired. They had the car for over a week and never called me with an update on the repair progress. After waiting 10 business days I called them. They told me they didn`t know what was wrong with the car and they couldn`t fix it. So I went to pick it up.

It turns out they had driven the car 20 miles, and the radiator was b... view moreroken. There was a hole in the bottom of the radiator and all the coolant was gone. The car could not be driven. They denied that it was their fault. Trying to get them to pay for the damage they caused was a terrible ordeal. They were rude and actually yelled at me, telling me that I should go talk to the pastor of my church about it and that he would assure me that the broken radiator was my problem to deal with.

They never paid a cent of the radiator repair bill. I couldn`t believe it. Stay away from this place.

I took my Saturn down to Harvey`s because my A/c had quit working. I wasn`t overcharged and the service was fast and friendly. I am very pleased with my experience, and I would recommend them to everyone.

After wasting thousand of dollars on Car repairs at Jim`s German Auto and Corona Transmission, I finally went to Harvey`s. He is knowledgeable, honest and his work is affordable. He does not just change car parts, he tries to fix it first. I have seen him doing web search for difficult solutions. Ever since he fixed my 740 iL, I am happy man.
