For over 20 years, I have been a customer at Auto Aid. Whenever there is an auto problem or I just want a tire checked I go to Auto Aid. Finding a reliable car service/repair shop I guess is always a challenge for most of us especially women. I found Auto Aid and Rescue thru AAA and I`ve had my car serviced by them probably three times already. They are very efficient, trustworthy and have great customer service. Jack and David run a tight ship. I needed an oil change and had my 3 and 5 year old boys with me. I went to Auto Aid with a last minute appointment and they made me and my sons feel so comfortable. The job was done quickly and efficiently. My sons were playing at the kids` corner and I felt at ease knowing that all of us were being taken care of. I like that they have a rewards program. All the money you spend her gives you points which can later be redeemed for loyalty certificates. You can also get points for telling your friends about the shop.

The entrance to the shop is clearly marked and all you have to do is drive in. Everyone is really friendly. The shop is also very clean, probably one of the cleanest shops I`ve ever seen. The owner even asked me what made me choose their shop and personally thanked me for coming in.

I had this annoying shaking in my front tires when I braked. I took my car to another shop and they told me I need to replace my rotors and do a total brake job. Jack and David took a look at it and told me I just needed to resurface the rotors and I was good to go! Thank you Auto Aid for your honesty, professionalism and saving me a lot of money!
