Baited Customer

BAIT and RE-CREATE. I called Lexus of Cerritos after seeing an advertisement. A sales person named Nader quoted me a price under the listed price on the telephone. After driving nearly 100 miles to get to the dealer, I was told by a different sales person named Cleo that the price which was quoted on the telephone was not available. Finally, the finance department does not return messages. Don`t trust these joke... view morers.

Great Referral

This has been the most pleasurable experience that I have had purchasing a new automobile. The staff was very professional and knew everything about each individual vehicle. My husband and I have been shopping around for some time for a new car. We came across Cerritos Lexus and as soon as we walked in and was greeted we knew this was the place for our specific needs. The sales rep Al Alcantra was very patience and not pushy at all the entire time we were looking for something that suited us. The next day Al called and we had decided to purchase a 2009 Lexus IS250. Al got us in and out in no time, very easy paperwork and he even got us a better deal to fit our budget. Ayman was great

We were walking about and ran into Lexus of Cerritos. The salesperson was very nice and friendly. Not pushy at all, he made us feel welcome. He did not push me into buying anything. Ayman was the nicest sale rep ever. So we felt it was meant to be. I know that this car will and is a keeper. I will recommend this dealership to anyone.

Sam Cho

We always get a great deal with Lexus of Cerritos and Sam Cho. This will be our third Lexus from here and we are always satisfied with the people.
