I recently purchased a 2009 Nissan Murano from Hi Auto Sales, and I was pleasantly suprised at how well our deal worked out. I actually live in Arizona, but just could not find the exact car I was looking for at a good price here, and I am very particular. After several weeks of researching the car and back and forth trying to convince myself that driving to Cali to buy a car sight unseen was CRAZY! I finally rent... view moreed a car, booked a hotel room, and set off on one of the scariest adventures of my life! lol. We drove straight to the dealership, and although it`s packed with cars on a small lot, they had my car waiting up front for us. It was exactly as described, not perfect cosmetically, but nothing major at all (rock chips). Inside was pristine, and it ran wonderfully smooth. There was a slight noise at very low speeds, and they brought a mechanic right away to listen to it, and immediatly offered to replace the front brake pads and turn the rotors free of charge. That still did not resolve the noise, but as my husband works in automotive service, we were confident it was something we could resolve ourselves and bought the car (turns out the rear rotors needed to be turned, simple fix he did for me for free at home). Overall I am ECSTATIC about my purchase, and would highly recommend this dealership. Don`t let the slight language barrier make you wary, this family owned dealership is very willing to make a good deal for you as long as you are reasonable, and everyone was very sweet and easy to work with. Just know your stuff and research the car first, as you should at any car dealership. They do have some very nice cars.

Buyer Beware

Don was nice enough to replace a broken NAV screen for me. He kind of had to or there was no sale. He made it seem like he was doing me a favor, but lets be real. Replace the screen or I walk. He replaced it. Thank you. But then he removed the XM sat radio unit. Really? I would not have even noticed if i had`nt driven the care the night before. He said it never had it .I took it to a car audio shop and they found it... view more, all cut up. Antenna cut, harness cut. Really Don? Did you think i wouldnt ever removed the nav unit and look? Car was OK price, Don not willing to budge at all. Two stars cuz he ""ripped"" out the XM radio. Thank Don for a crappy experience

Hi Auto Sales may not have the fancy show room or amenities you find at the larger car dealerships; however they more than make up for it with their customer service and professionalism. After finding an ad online, I spoke with Hi Auto Sales, and flew in the next day (the price was worth checking it out). Best Place for Used Car In Westminster

I got to admit I was a little reluctant to go into a small dealership but HiAuto was awesome. I saw a 2008 Avalon Limited and they gave me an excellent deal. There was NO PRESSURE to buy like the big dealerships when they bring out the sales manger and everyone else and keep you there all day to sell you a car. BEST place to buy a car!

UNBELIEVABLY great prices...you will not beat these prices! We bought a Lexus GX470 and saved $18,000 as compared to the same model and year GX at the dealership, plus the one we bought from HI Auto was loaded with more (DVD system) and had 10,000 fewer miles! Chris was awesome...he was extremely professional! We will always check with HI Auto FIRST before buying our next car.....we couldn`t be happier!
