Do not use Firestone on Lincol...
Do not use Firestone on Lincoln Blvd for any reason! These guys are liars & thieves who are untrustworthy and unethical at best. They do rushed and inferior work, yet they are slower than molasses. These jerks use high pressure tactics to upsell you on services that are not needed just to pad the bill. Any positive review that you see for them is most likely faked by the manager or one of his cronies.

Best Customer Service
Great customer service! The manager Antonio was very helpful. Let me know what was wrong with my car, even gave me a coupon for an oil change. I was pleased with the work that was done to my car. Best Firestone I`ve been too.

Friendly
My vehicle had two flat tires and had it towed to firestone I got there right when they were getting ready to close and they desided to stay open for me not only did they stayed late but they also checked my fluids and air preassure on the other tires. Very good experience.

AVOID! Worst customer service I`ve experienced.
Female technician behind the counter flat out lied to my face to avoid working on my vehicle. Check engine light came on. Asked to have the code read. Services menu says $19.99 for engine diagnostic. Lady told me car would need to be hooked up to a computer (gestured as if it was one of their large instruments), and it`ll cost $100. I laughed, and walked out.
