It`s AAA auto repair facility , I go in and out quickly and they use dealer parts. So far these guys are really good.

Hello, I ju...
that I trust them
Hello, I just want to say that I been coming here for a few years now and have not had a problem with pitstop, I would say it really depends on who you talk too because some of the guys I don`t trust. There is only one guy I would give my business too , he is really nice and does a good job and doesn`t try to cheat you out. I trust them more than the dealer that cheated me out of lots money.

Please Read Before You Go!!
Walked in looking for a mechanic for the long run but just found your typical shameless thiefs with a blue shirt and a ASE certification...
Here`s how the tired song goes, you might have heard it before:
Like six months back I brought the car to service the breaks. New pads, turn rotors etc. Pretty basic rt? Not according to Pit Stop. THey said my break master cylinder was all of a sudden kaput! (THe car is a c... view moreertified two year old with no type of hint of problems with the break master cylinder... before Pit Stop). They offered to fix it there but my gut told me better. I Towed the car to the dealer to be told that the master cylinder was in perfect working order, was just missing sum bolts. Got the dealer to put it back together and finish the break job Pit stop didn`t by flushing out the break fluid etc...All in all I payed exactly what I would have if I would`ve just gone to the dealer to begin with..
Now I don` trust the dealer anymore than the next guy but at least they were trying to explain to me what they think might have happened. When I went back to Pit Stop I got blank stares, sum shrugs and a couple of "I don`t KNows". Then when I asked what they could do for me they said they would be able to cover 15-20% of what I had to pay to the dealer, even though technically all they did was put the Master cylinder back on and finish the break job they didn`t finish.
Then when I said that I would pay them for their half- @&#SS job in full but that they should pay for my dealer expenses they said no to the latter part and then tried to sell me tires! They just offered to pay15-20% of those dealer expenses and get me sum discount if I bought tires off of them. (I had expressed my need to buy tires in the future when I first met them)...
The only reason I`m writing this review until now is that unfortunately i bumped into a friends aunt that almost fell victim to these "mechanics" just the other day. She went in to be told her transmission was no more only to get a second opinion and realize it only needed a $250 dollar repair...I knew I couldnt continue to be lazy and keep quiet cause that is what people like this count on to continue to do business...
PLease read this review before going. If you still decide to take your car here, please write a review of your experience (which I assure wont come with more than one star)
