Been shopping here for 2 years and not dissapointed
I think that the other posts might have been just one incident because I have been going to this shop for a good 2 years now and have never came out with a frown on my face. I drive 20 miles just to get my parts from this shop and installed because locally all the tuner shops are horrible.
Very helpful and knowledgeable employees also the owner is a nice guy
Very reasonable pricing and for the price excellent w... view moreork I have had nothing go wrong with my vehicle after services.
Also in my opinion the best part is they can do it all I have had my rims, tires, brakes, headers, exhaust, and catalytic converter changed here and I recently today actually bought a full body kit and they will install and paint.
So basically in a nut shell affordable pricing, many selection in parts and services also a friendly environment with employees that know what they are talking about.

WORST AUTO SHOP EVER
I would not even rate this place, they do horrid work period. I took my truck in to do a new cat-back + mufflers (powder-coated). Took about three hours, which i thought was great. Came to pick it up found that the welding was half-assed, the tip wasn`t even straight. Then i looked at my old exhaust looks like they used a sawzall to cut it, when they could have used tools to take it apart. Make more sense right?? Lit... view moretle more time but if i were to want to switch back to stock it would have been possible. About 4-5 months later the paint on my mufflers peeled off. Now keep in mind i paid extra to have the mufflers powder-coated black. Having been a year now, I`ve had the exhaust tip re-welded, the piping around the mufflers are rusted, and the mufflers themselves are bare. THIS SHOP IS A COMPLETE RIP-OFF, THEY`RE UNPROFESSIONAL, AND HAVE ZERO KNOWLEDGE REGARDING COMMON SENSE. Unless your looking to rice out your honda civic, or rsx. DO NOT GO HERE, I wish i would have seen these reviews before hand....Trust what you read.
I took advice originally from a friend to go here. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. YOU WILL REGRET IT

My performance shop in the valley
Found this place through a friend. He said they had great prices on all their stuff. Checked it out. Had a cool showroom with a bunch of parts. Didn`t get anything yet but am planning to go back soon. They had a good selection and the guy in the front helped me with all my questions.

Very Happy customer!?ˆ??ˆ?!!!!
Great customer service! I was completely satisfied with the work they had done to my Subaru STI. They know a lot about turbo applications and did a lot of customization for my car. I definitely recommend them to all of my friends.?ˆ?

Complete ripoff by a sloppy shop?ˆ?
I bought a Greddy Turbo timer for my 08 Mazdaspeed 3 with installation from this shop just yesterday.
The guy on the phone sounded intelligent enough, so I went ahead and allowed them to install even though I prefer to do all of my own. I figured since they said they could do it in an hour I couldn`t match that and was happy to find a tuner shop ready willing and able to hook me up!
Upon first glance, the tur... view morebo timer looked like it was installed nicely, they explained to me that they didn`t want to drill any holes in my dash so they wouldn`t mess up my car, and I was ok with that.
My turbo timer was double stuck to the underside of the dash, and I found it to be in a pretty convenient spot for me. I was happy.
When driving home I realized that the turbo timer was not responding to any harsh driving even though it was in `full auto` mode, a mode which should dynamically change the countdown time based on how hard you drive your car.
I went to refer to the documentation that they left for me, and found only an instruction manual from the Japanese version of the product, indicating that this shop buys the Japanese stuff to increase profit margin. After locating the english manual online, I went into the setup and found that they did not connect my speed sensor wire, my e-brake censor wire, and also my rpm detection wire was not connected to the correct wire, so the full auto function was completely useless, along with all built in safety features.
Completely worthless install. They didn`t even use the harness that they were supposed to use and instead cut into my wires in my dashboard. The WRONG wires.
I emailed them with my discontent, and they emailed back stating they were under the impression it was a `simple install` that didn`t include any of the safety features of the unit. They ignored my mention of the rpm wire being connected to the wrong wire, and claimed that if I paid them MORE for the install I would have gotten the complete install. Never once when selling me the install did they mention that there were more than one install type of this item.
Staff are know-it-alls that assume if you are having something installed you don`t know anything about your vehicle or the part you are buying. Terrible attitude from the staff, they quote an amount of time to install, multiply it by three and you`ll get the accurate amount of time it`ll take. When calling to express your concern, you will be greeted by a super defensive and uber-rude member of the upper management who doesn`t seem to care about keeping their shop open by pleasing customers.
My experience included bait and switch tactics at a terrible shop in an unsafe location in the valley. Bunch of lazy retards who are so used to barking orders at each other it bleeds into barking orders at customers. It`s guys like this that give tuner shops in general a bad reputation. STAY AWAY from this shop, there are better ones around.

Rip off! False advertisment!
Ok, these guys are idiots. I don`t know if they were trying to pull a fast one on me b/c I`m a girl or what but here`s the story, I bought what I thought was a short shifter for my husband for Christmas from these guys. Thinking I was getting a great deal, $34.99 I believe it was. I was told that I had 14 days from the time I received it to return it, however they didn`t send any pre-paid shipping labels like a profe... view moressional company would. So I get the shifter and it looks like a 5 year old welded it together. My husband compared it to the shifter that he already has (which is a standard shifter NOT a short one) and this shifter is the SAME SIZE! What a waste of my time! Anyway, we go to send it back and the guys at 2K were so rude saying "" Well, why didnt you like it!? What was the problem? Are you sure you know what your talking about?!"" So I put my husband on, and he was like ""Uhhh, uhhh, so sir, you had a problem? I`m sorry about that man."" Well, we go to send it back and we`d have to pay 15.00 to ship it and we can`t take it to UPS and put ""return to sender"" b/c 2K had me sign for it! (Sneaky fools) PLUS 2K has an 8.00 resocking fee! So total to get our 34.99 back, we`d have to drive across town and pay 23.00 to return their product that wasn`t worth a dime in the first place and we`d only get 11.99 back! OMG NEVER THEM stick to StaticX Motorsports or SummitRacing...anyone but 2KRacing!
