Early in the conversation, Tri...
Early in the conversation, Tri-City Glass person lost his temper and patience. I was asking questions as I typically do before making purchase decisions and because I have never replaced a window before. He used bad words and angrily accused me of wasting his time and not knowing what I was doing. Needless to say, they didn`t get my business and I`ll never call back.

A broken window is better than one fixed here
They replaced the windshield on my car but have NO CLUE how to get the rain sensor working. They NEVER called me back after 2 visits to reconcile it. Kevin was going to ""talk to his supplier"" to get resolution. I finally left my car there to force the issue and they failed miserably to resolve the issue and took no ownership. Then they have the nerve to leave my key on my tire and tell me whoever gets the car fi... view morerst its theirs and that he doesn`t care!!! Kevin takes no responsibility for his work. They were on Villa, They are now on Independence and they should be AVOIDED.

Great Service
After a recent move we needed some glass replaced on a curio and a clock. Tri-City Glass was a great choice. Not only were they fast to respond, the estimate was very resonable. The owner is a real nice guy so not onl y will you get good work but you will have a nice conversation!
