RIP OFF THEFTS!

I was 19 at the time while steadily working for Google and so was my partner. My partner and I had always driven by Thrifty Car Sales and thought the prices seemed pretty fair so we went in to take a look. So we decide to get one of they`re vehicles financed. We decided on a 2008 Chevy impala which was 12,500 dollars and worked a couple of weeks to gather the down payment of 3500 dollars. Me and my partner only being... view more 18 and 19 years of age were not experienced in the credit world so we had to put a third of the price down. A couple weeks later we walk in with 3500 dollars. we meet with the financial manager Dave. He told us that the whole process would take about 30 minutes. So we had a good 2 hours before we had to be at work. So he gets in all our info. 45 minutes later we are still sitting in his office while he is talking on the phone about other business and typing up our info on the computer to find a bank to take us. After one hour he tells us that we can`t have the car! And then he tells us about other cars and he finally is able to get the loan to work with a 2008 Ford Fusion. Me and a sales rep went out to test drive it and i liked it so I thought it was even better. Before any of this started I firmly told them my budget. We go back to Dave after the test drive and he starts filling out the paperwork, processing the check and he say "I`m going to need 2000 more dollars" and we ask him why. He then says " because the car costs 17,800" Now we have to make another contract stating that we must bring 1000 one week and 2000 the next week. our interest was also ridiculous 32% INTEREST!! They completely took advantage of us . the next day HE CALLS ME WHEN I`M AT WORK! JUST TO REMIND ME NOT TO "BURN HIM" I almost got fired! my job requires me not to even take my phone out of my pocket! I left to the parking lot to talk to him, i told him he almost got me fired and i told him that if i don`t have a job i can`t pay for the car! after we got all of the taken care of I was shutting one of the car doors and a couple chips of the paint fell off of the car so i look at the area were paint was missing and I discover that the car has quite a lot of rust damage beneath the paint! And the CD player didn`t work! To make a long story shorter we realized the bank was lying to us saying they had never gotten the payment when my bank statement said otherwise, one time i payed with my ATM card and they double charged me, which made me negative 409.00. After that they sent me a reimbursement check of 504.00. I put it into my checking account and they said the check was no good! so at this point i had given Westlake 1008.00 worth of car payments and Westlake was STILL harassing me because they thought i still owed 100.00!!! I decided that i wasn`t going to have all of my money stolen from me so I made an appointment to take the car back to thrifty, I accidentally missed the appointment because i slept in too long because i had to work graveyard the night before. Then the sales manager Frank comes to my house to harass me! at 9 O`clock morning he is yelling at me! he said " WHY DIDN`T YOU SHOW UP JESS!" and i told him why and he said "bring me the car by this afternoon or the authorities will be called for a stolen car!" So i brought them the car and i ask the to give me a note stating that the car is no longer in my possession so i can take the car off of my insurance. he said no! he said "that`s not my problem!" "go talk to Westlake" I called Westlake and they said they don`t have my file anymore. I have been paying 120.00 a month on a car that i don`t even have anymore for 4 moths now.
