Don Link, a Mercedes-Benz expert technician for over 35 years, owns? ? and manages North ? Star ? Motors, Inc.? Don was factory trained by Mercedes-Benz North America, completing the apprenticeship program in 1975. He has a natural ability to diagnose and repair vehicles. He worked in Southern California until moving to Redding in 1982 to work at the local Mercedes-Benz dealer. In 1986 Don opened ? North? Star? Motors, Redding`s first independent Mercedes-Benz repair shop. In his free time, Don enjoys dancing with his wife, playing the piano, cooking and spending time with his four grown children and six grandchildren.
