There are 2 cars that my wife and I have brought in separately and we both had very similar great experiences. They have wonderful and friendly people working there and both cars were fixed well and have not had any re-occurring problems in the past few weeks since the repair. I love this place, my brakes were so bad, before they did anything they inspected my car and told me what was wrong with my brakes. They were not like many of those auto repair places were they charge you and arm and a leg to fix your car. They actually explained everything to me in plain English, since I am a girl, who doesn`t know cars that well...They were able to give me a great deal on my brakes. I finally found a place where I can take my car to get fixed and I know they will do a great job. The manager was very helpful and was able to educate me on different parts of the car that I didn`t know about. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

I called a couple of shops abo...

I called a couple of shops about my battery not charging and ended up going here because they gave me the best "vibes". I knew it was a problem with the alternator or something and I just brought it in to have it fixed. It turned out to be a battery and the alternator is fine. I would have never known if they said it needed both! Not the case, they just put in a battery and charged me for that. Less than $1... view more00 and I was done. Thanks for being honest. I have always taken my car to ...

I have always taken my car to Purrfect for my routine service such as oil changes, etc, so when my check engine light came on I brought it down to their shop. They were bale to take my car in right away and determine what the problem was. My car was fixed by the end of the day and the light has not come back on.

Great Job

My brother drove to CA from AZ to visit me, and about 2 days after he arrived he began to have car troubles and his check engine light turned on. My neighbor recommended Purrfect Auto and so we took his car to their shop. From the very beginning this place was great! Very nice, fixed the problem, and completed their work within a day. Great Job!

They honored the coupon I fou...

They honored the coupon I found online for A/C Service, and treated me as if I was paying full price. They did not slack in the service because I had the coupon and that is the type of business I like to deal with. Ohm and the service on my car was great too.

Great shop

This is a good shop the has some good mechanics that know their stuff. I have had good luck here over the last couple years and a few cars. They will get much more work from me in the future. I send people there whenever I can.

I had some work done here and I was surprised to see how reasonably priced the work was. By far lees than I had expected. At first I thought there was a mistake. I even felt a little guilty for leaving without saying anything.

Great Work!

This shop took care of my car. I left the car with them on Monday. They called me at work to go over what they found and I okayed the repairs. They called back a few hours later to tell me it was ready. I picked the car up on the way home and it was running great. Simple, fast and easy. Thanks again.
